The Fox & The Turkey

2022 The Fox & The Turkey Races

A Fox Valley Holiday Tradition

About This Event

The Fox River Trail Runners is proud to announce The Fox and Turkey Four Mile and One Mile Youth Race, a Fox Valley Thanksgiving Day family tradition!  Join us on Thanksgiving morning, November 24th.  The races will start and finish near charming downtown Batavia right next to the Fox River.

Online registration is open and available and will be open until an hour before the start of the races.

Additionally, as we give thanks for the many blessings we have, we want to provide an opportunity to help those less fortunate.  In addition to the $5 of your registration fee that the Fox River Trail Runners will be donating, please consider an additional donation when registering AND bring a non-perishable food item at packet pickup and registration. The money and food will be donated and distributed in the Fox Valley area via the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry.

These races are part of the Fox River Trail Runners Circuit Races.

Online registration is preferred and open through November 22nd.

Note: There are NO refunds, or deferrals. Transfers in same race event are permissible if done by November 19th. Log into your account and select “transfer request” option from participant dashboard and registration page. Additional registration fees apply. Questions? Email
